Carolina Concussion & Physical Medicine is a patient-focused, neurological rehabilitation center addressing both the physical and cognitive needs of patients. We combine the latest diagnostics with comprehensive clinical evaluations to objectively determine the cause of each patient's symptoms and tailor rehabilitation program to the individual needs of each patient. We strive to improve balance/dizziness, coordination/speed, cognition and overall function for peak performance in both sports and daily life.
